![]() ![]() To us, lunch seemed more crowded than breakfast, and it took a minute to find a place to sit in the Castle Gallery. Lunch – Very similar to Breakfast in that you can pre-order your meal selections online after you book your ADR (Advance Dining Reservation). We found this to be very time-saving and convenient! You’re given a “rose” (more like a fancy hockey puck) that helps servers find your table (wherever you sit) when your food is ready. You’ll have your choice about where you’d like to sit (depending on the crowds) and you can pre-order your breakfast choices if you’d like. If you (like me) prefer to use an early arrival to walk on to your favorite attractions and knock off a few “must-dos” bright and early, Be Our Guest is a fantastic option for a late breakfast (and a little rest). Breakfast doesn’t take long and by the time you’re finished, you’ll be able to get right out there and start having fun. This provides amazing photo ops in a nearly-empty Magic Kingdom. When your reservation is at 8:00 am and the park opens at 8:00 am, you can get in a little early so you can reach Be Our Guest on time. There are advantages to both of these options. ![]() You can either book first thing in the morning or you can choose to get to Magic Kingdom and catch a few rides and attractions right after park-opening before sitting down for a breakfast break. If you ARE on the dining plan, breakfast and lunch require one Quick Service credit for each meal and dinner takes one Table Service credit…makes Be Our Guest one of the best Dining Plan values!īreakfast – This is an excellent choice if you like to get a jump on the day. All meals are relatively expensive if you’re not on a Dining Plan (so beware of sticker shock). The West Wing is dark (very) and mysterious with exactly the kind of details you’d expect. Guests can dine in one of three different dining rooms: The Castle Gallery is Belle’s library and is packed with lots of sweet, whimsical details including larger-than-life figures of Belle and Beast dancing. The Grand Ballroom is huge and exactly as it appears in Beauty and the Beast – complete with snow falling outside the window and cherubs on the ceiling. I’ll give you the scoop on the best (and perhaps not-so-great) aspects of Be Our Guest at different times of day – hopefully this will help you decide…Įach meal allows you to see the incredible theming in Be Our Guest, but each experience is just a bit different than the others. They can’t guarantee it, but will do their best to accommodate you.Choosing where to eat at Walt Disney World can be difficult, and with a restaurant like Magic Kingdom’s Be Our Guest (Fantasyland), it’s even more challenging because of the added choice of what time of day is best to dine there! Having enjoyed several meals at this very special and amazing place, I’m here to help. Pro Tip: If you have a preference of which room you’d like to be seated in, let the hostess know at check-in. You can even watch the snow fall outside the ballroom windows. My favorite place to dine is inside the Grand Ballroom – it tends to get a bit noisy with so many people, but it is magical to have the same view as in the movie. Pro Tip: If you have little ones that are scared of thunder and lightning, this room may be a little too stimulating for them. As you dine, you’ll see the enchanted rose slowly loses its petals transforming the beast into a prince. The centerpiece of the room is an oversized music box figurine of Belle and Beast dancing, rumor has it you can buy a smaller version of the music box soon!Īs you enter the West Wing, you’ll see a much darker room, elaborate décor and hear thunder in the distance. I’ve seen reservations become available within a day’s notice of your day at the park.ĭuring our recent visit, we dined in the Rose Gallery surrounded by tapestries featuring Belle, Beast and friends. My best advice is to plan ahead and keeping checking the Disney Dining Reservations page for cancellations. Reservations open up 180 days in advanced and they go quickly. When you visit, be sure to look at the cherubs painted on the ceiling – they are said to be the faces of Disney Imagineer’s children! How’s that for a legacy? I always find myself humming songs from the movie while I’m inside the castle. The iconic ballroom is overwhelming beautiful and the attention to detail is phenomenal. Stepping into the restaurant is like stepping into the classic ‘Beauty & the Beast’ story. Disney’s ‘Be Our Guest’ restaurant is pure magic. And the most magical part of the experience is that you get to dine in one of three themed rooms – The West Wing, the Rose Gallery or the Grand Ballroom. With quick-service dining available for breakfast and lunch, the restaurant is a sit-down service meal at night. The most magical place to dine at Walt Disney World is the breathtaking ‘ Be Our Guest’ restaurant in New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park. ![]()
